Notts chief executive Jim Rodwell is now discussing personal terms with Boucaud, who has been on loan at Meadow Lane this season, over a long-term deal, but Curle does not know if it will be agreed in time for their League One game against Portsmouth at Fratton Park on Saturday.
"We have come to an agreement and now it's just down to Andre and his representatives to meet with Jim to thrash out personal terms and then hopefully we will be able to welcome Andre on board as a full-time member of the squad," said Curle.

Curle has also reiterated his desire to sign a new striker, after letting Lee Hughes leave the club on Monday.
"There is no hiding away from the fact that I want to bring in another centre forward and Craig (Beattie) is somebody I've had an opportunity to look at," he added.
