Forest fan Rowan's epic charity treks
WHILE most football fans would be content with hopping on a bus or a train to their team's away games, Rowan Staszkiewicz is determined to make the journey as memorable as the game.
The 27-year-old, from the city centre, has swapped his football boots is preparing to run 250 miles to six Nottingham Forest away fixtures.

On his mark: Rowan Staszkiewicz is running to Forest away fixtures to help Prostate Cancer UK and Alzheimer's Society.
Mr Staszkiewicz kicked off the challenge on Saturday when he ran 55 miles from the City Ground to see Peterborough United beaten 1-0.
The next leg will see him run 27 miles to Leicester City on Saturday, November 10, and then to Birmingham City, Sheffield Wednesday and Derby's Pride Park later in the season.

So far he has raised nearly £1,000 for Prostate Cancer UK and the Alzheimer's Society – but hopes to raise five times as much by the end.
"I originally had a rough target of £500 but now I'm hoping to raise £5,000. If I can raise that much I would be over the moon."
