McParland: Tann is perfect pro

The 26-year-old defender has not figured in any of Notts County's opening four league games this season as McParland has preferred Mike Edwards and Michael Johnson in the heart of the Magpies' defence, and on-loan Derby County youngster Jason Beardsley at right-back.
Tann has only played in three Cup games, turning in a man-of-the-match performance against Scunthorpe at Glanford Park.
That came before an injury late on, Notts then shipping two goals to lose 2-1.
McParland has been hugely impressed with his cup performances, admitting he is unlucky not to be in the team.
And he has been even more impressed by his attitude after finding himself on the substitutes' bench, after playing such a key role during the club's relegation scrap last season.
Tann started 40 out of 46 games in League Two last season and won the club's Player of the Year award.
Only leading scorer Richard Butcher bettered that, starting all 46 league games.
McParland said: "With Michael Johnson and Adam Tann, we have got good players competing for positions.
"If you had 11 Adam Tanns for every position you would be happy with that.
"He is good professional and he knows what he has to do, and he is doing great.
"He is probably unlucky not to be in the team in the last few league games.
"But when he has come in he has done fantastic. There are no issues with Adam being out of the team.
"He comes in and does his work and gets on with it. If he has got a problem he will come and see me.
"He has got the right attitude and he is a perfect professional."
