Further snow is forecast to fall today, after wintry showers at the weekend.

Early on Monday, hazardous driving conditions were reported on the A52, A46 and M1.

Temperatures are expected to fall as low as -3C today, with light snow a possibility throughout the morning.

The rest of the week is a potentially brighter affair with spells of sunshine and slightly rising temperatures from Tuesday onward.
