Firstly the receipt is almost unreadable, there is no itemised costs just a final total, twice I had the same wrong carpet delivered and not told until after both deliveries it was a replacement. Like the above review I wasted 3 days over a few weeks waiting for my carpet to be fitted. I also had vinyl fitted which was poorly laid one end of the room because half way through the job all the carpet fitters working at credit crunch that day piled in to help out, all but 2 of the carpet fitters were disrespectful in their manner. I informed the owner that due to the poor service I had received I wouldn't be paying the remaining balance of £25 until a few days later to which he said that the carpet would be removed until I paid the balance in full and that no body told him how to run his business, I informed the owner I would be taking him to trading standards... my carpet remains and balance yet to pay!! Terrible customer service from the owner... 000 Rating” -

AVOID!!!!!
“went to the branch in sherwood and thought i was getting a good deal. owner of the shop very friendly. But so far i have waisted 3 days over 3 weeks waiting my flooring to be put down, different excuse everytime. Customer service terrible, no phone call to say there not coming. I would NOT reccomend this shop to anyone if you value your time !!!!! not even worth 1 star”
