“ Of all the places in this area, this is one of the most modern. The decor and surroundings are very cutting edge and the food is just as impressive. I can't argue with some of the thoughts other people have posted. Not about the veggie options (no thanks), but the lamb, which was outstanding. ”

“Despite having a lot of competition in Maid Marian Way, Cumin holds its own. I've been here for the reasonably priced lunch special which has a lot of options to choose from as well as a good vegetarian selection. Try the vegetable jalfrezi and you'll be hooked.”

“I have had one of the best lamb curries I've ever had here (and I've had a few!) I really like Cumin - it is good quality Indian food, every dish tastes different and the restaurant has a modern, clean feeling to it. It has become a regular haunt for me and a few friends from work as it's slightly cheaper than some of the other curry houses in the road - but just as good!”

“For some reason Cumin has never been very busy when I’ve gone, maybe it’s been late. But the food is very good and the staff very attentive and helpful. The starters are great, I like the vegetable samosas. And none of the curries, although hot, have ever been disappointing. We shared a few and they were all fab, particularly the vegetable jalfrezi and the goan prawn. Each had a real distinctive flavour. One of my favourite curry places ever.”
