“This is a great traditional Indian, and does well considering the amount of competitors along Maid Marian Way.
It's definitely true that you get what you pay for, and here - although a little pricier than other curry restaurants - that is proven. The food is fresh and always well cooked and its definitely worth a try. ”

“This is a lovely Indian restaurant, one of the first I visited when I first moved to Nottingham and it set the bar high!
Their food is just really decent, good quality grub. All the dishes tatse very different (sign of a good curry house) and the staff are friendly and good with big groups. Was disappointed when it closed, but relieved to hear it was just for a refurb!!”

“I haven't been here since it reopened but hear a lot of the staff are from the original team. I've had some lovely curries here and the staff were very helpful when we turned up fairly late one night. I had a Thali, a great selection of dishes, and the naan was fantastic. One of the better of Notts curry houses, and there's plenty of top quality to pick from.”

“It is great that Nottingham has it's own curry mile on Maid Marion Way, with so many new places springing up all the time.
This place, for me, is one of the best three. Mem Saab remains the best and, if you like traditional curry, Laguna rules the roost. But this place probably sits somewhere between the two, geographically and in terms of its menu. You can get the normal curries here, that you would expect. But there is also some inventive stuff as well. Whatever you pick, it always seems to be good. ”

“I haven't been here since it reopened, so don't know how much it's changed but prior to that the food has always been great. it's top-end Indian food and the prices reflect that, but the atmosphere is relaxed, and great for a visit with a group of friends.
It's perfectly placed for a wander in to town afterwards too. Shame about the name that no-one can ever remember!”

“Having tried many of the curry houses in Nottingham, this is definitely one of my favorites. This place is a little more expensive than the others in Nottingham, but worth it I think. The restaurant itself is close to the city centre, very modern and stylish. The staff were very attentive and polite. If going for a curry again in Nottingham, this would be my first port of call. ”

“It might not be exactly 4550 miles from Delhi, but that doesn’t matter as the food is excellent. Housed in the same building as Mem Saab, this really can be given the crown of best Indian in Nottingham. The flavours they use are mind bending and the Lamb Saag Wala is to die for.”

“No body can ever remember how many miles it is when saying they have been to 4550 Miles from Deli, but what they do remember is excellent food in a clean contemporary restaurant. Last time I went there my mum complimented the chef...that means it must be good!”
