“ Been for a few drinks here and definitely agree with the previous reviews. It has some lovely ales, and the staff are really friendly. It's a bit of a shabby pub to walk into with old stools, a pool table and is a bit rough round the edges - but don't judge a book by a cover. If you stop for a few pints you'll realise its a good, honest boozer with a nice crowd. ”

“could do with a tidy up and it would get 5* I was very pleasantly surprised on my last visit as for a long time I avoided the place. Good music at the weekends and on my last visit a very good pint of Doombar! It was worth the visit for the beer alone.”

“Wow this place has really changed. The Greyhound used to be one of the roughest pubs in Beeston. So when someone tried to persuade me to go in for a few beers one night I took some persuading. But I had nothing to fear. The scowling doormen have gone and the barstaff are friendly. The pub is set out more like a club and the focus is on live bands. Two bands played on the night of our visit. We stayed for more than one pint and ended up there nearly all night because of the good atmosphere. Well done to the management there for turning the Greyhound in a lively and friendly live music venue”
