'No problems' for rugby at Meadow Lane
IT will be business as usual when Nottingham Rugby play Moseley in the Championship at Meadow Lane on Sunday.
After the news yesterday that Munto Finance Ltd has put Notts County Football Club up for sale, having only bought the club in July this year, the Green and Whites chairman Geoff Huckstep said: "As things stand at the moment, it is 'business as usual' as far as Nottingham Rugby is concerned.

"We sincerely hope this is also the case for Notts County as well."
Nottingham Rugby has a ground-share agreement with the Magpies to play their Championship and cup games at the Meadow Lane for the remainder of the season.
"Clearly the news yesterday morning came as a complete surprise to us and it is important that in the very first instance we express our support to their fans, players, coaches and other staff at this time of uncertainty," said Huckstep
"Notts County's executive chairman, Peter Trembling, has kept me abreast of the situation as matters have unfurled as best as he can, and this is most welcome given our home fixture on Sunday against Moseley."
