Thrilled by my photos

“Toby photographed our wedding and I know how stressful weddings can be and I also know how valuable reviews can be in making a decision, hence writing here.
From start to finish, he did a brilliant job. We saw a couple of wedding photographers before Toby and they were very pushy with trying to sell add-ons and extras to bump up the price. Toby couldn't have been less like this- everything was fair and consistent. He did a free engagement shoot before the wedding so he could meet us and we could see some of the images. He gave us a disc with hi-res, print quality pictures from this and never once pressured us to buy prints or anything. My husband is uncomfortable being photographed but Toby really relaxed him and got the best out of him, which we both appreciated.

He came to a wedding rehearsal (again, no charge) so he could figure out in advance the best shots and angles.

Not many wedding photographers will give you a disc with print-quality images on it, because they want to charge you for the prints, but Toby does which was a massive selling point as we have a few relatives that live far away and I wanted them to be able to print their own pictures where they were.

On the day, Toby was a friendly face but he was also unobtrusive. In the end, the images he took were stunning- I was so thrilled. They were a proper mix of styles too- some informal, spontaneous moments, and some more posed, formal portraits, colour, black and white, a huge variety of moods, angles and styles.

It was the best photography I could have wished to see and I treasure the images he took.

He did an amazing job, is a lovely person and also his prices are brilliant, especially considering the artistry and care that goes into his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone. ”
