Sweep our street

Is it just where I live or is it widespread this problem of getting your street cleaned? We only seem to get it swept when we phone (when you eventually get through) and now even that seems to have failed.

The last time the street, including pavement, was swept must be four weeks ago, yet I saw a cleaning vehicle driving along Northgate, New Basford, with two people in it, on Easter Sunday afternoon. Even mailing makes no difference now. Does anyone else have this problem?
