YVETTE Nicolle-Anderiesz, 68, of Nene Crescent, Oakham, Rutland, is charged with driving a Peugeot 206 without due care and attention on the A606 in Upper Broughton last July. Magistrates adjourned the case until March 11.
DANIEL Galloway, 31, of Coleby Road, Broxtowe Estate, is accused of intending to steal from a derelict Speedo factory in Bobbers Mill and possessing cannabis in Nottingham, both on January 16 this year His case will be heard at Nottingham Magistrates' Court on February 13. He is on conditional bail.

MATHEW Moore, 20, of Maythorne Walk, Bestwood Park, will appear at Nottingham Magistrates' Court charged with stealing a cash till from Old School Business Centre, Arnold, on Christmas Day. He was conditionally bailed to attend court on February 4.
DAMIAN Willis, 34, of Walton Court, Carlton, denied criminal damage and assault. He allegedly damaged a mirror and internal door and assaulted a woman in Bestwood on January 16. He is in custody until February 11, when he will appear at Nottingham Magistrates' Court .

CHRISTOPHER Hardaker , 30, of Nottingham Road, Eastwood, denied assaulting a woman in Eastwood on January 19 this year. He was remanded in custody until February 18 by Nottingham magistrates.
SKALA Abdullah, 30, of Deepdene Close, Bells Lane Estate, Bulwell, denied two benefit offences. City magistrates heard he did not inform Nottingham City Council and the Department for Works and Pensions that he was living as a married couple between May 2011 and November 21, 2011. This would have affected his entitlement to housing and council tax benefit and income support. He is on unconditional bail until April 18.
IAN Jenkins, 37, of Ridgway Street, St Ann's, is accused of driving a Fiat Punto car at over 30mph in Wollaton Road, Nottingham, last November. He pleads not guilty. His trial will be at Nottingham Magistrates' Court on March 13.
ERROL Richards, 57, of Nidderdale, Wollaton, admitted driving a taxi without a licence and having no insurance and was fined £110 by magistrates for plying for hire in a Vauxhall Astra, in Upper Parliament Street, Nottingham. He must also pay a £15 victim surcharge and costs of £165. His licence will be endorsed with six penalty points after he drove the Vauxhall in South Sherwood Street, Nottingham, without the insurance.
LISA McKenzie, 44, of Hazelbank, Mapperley, admitted ignoring a red traffic light on August 4 last year in a Nissan Pixo at the junction of Lower Parliament Street and Southwell Road, Nottingham. Magistrates in Nottingham fined her £140 and ordered her to pay a £15 victim surcharge and £35 costs. She was banned from driving for six months.
MARCEL Murray, 25, of Vickers Street, St Ann's, was fined £200 by city magistrates for driving over 40mph in a Renault Megane in Middleton Boulevard, Nottingham, on October 2, 2011. He must also pay a £15 victim surcharge and costs of £85. Three points will be added to his licence.
KEN Green, 53, of Maple Court, Kimberley, has been fined £200 for using a television without a licence on August 7 last year. Magistrates also ordered him to pay a £15 victim surcharge and £60 costs. The case was proved in his absence.
SARAH Dunn, 34, of Station Terrace, Hucknall, used a television without a licence last August. She was fined £200 and must pay a £15 victim surcharge and costs of £60. The case was proved in her absence at Nottingham Magistrates' Court.
SOPHIA Foster, 30, of Valeside Gardens, Colwick, has been fined £400 at Nottingham Magistrates' Court for using a television without a licence between July 8 and August 9 last year. The case was heard in her absence. A £15 victim surcharge and costs of £60 were also imposed.

EMMA Haron , 21, of Larkfield Road, Nuthall, was fined £200 for using a television without a licence last September. Magistrates in Nottingham heard the case in her absence. She must also pay a £15 victim surcharge and £60 costs.
PAULA Hutsby, 39, of Wellington Street, Eastwood, used a TV set without a licence on August 2 last year. In a case proved in her absence at Nottingham Magistrates' Court, she was fined £200 and has to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £60 costs.
NATASHA Jago , 22, of Munks Avenue, Hucknall, was fined £200 for using a television without a licence on August 9. The case was proved in her absence at Nottingham Magistrates' Court. She was also ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge and costs of £60.
REBECCA Louis, 22, of Manvers Street, Netherfield, has been fined for using a television without a licence. She will pay a £200 fine, a £15 victim surcharge and costs of £60. The case was proved in her absence at Nottingham Magistrates' Court.
MARK Luck, 32, of Northwood Street, Stapleford, has been fined £200 at Nottingham Magistrates' Court. He used a television without a licence on August 2 last year. The case was proved in his absence. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £60.
MONICA Monni, 35, of Vale Road, Colwick, has been fined £200 by magistrates in Nottingham. She used a television without a licence at her address last July. She is further required to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £60. The case was proved in her absence on January 22.
KERRY Moran, 28, of Story Gardens, Hucknall, was fined £400 for using a television without a licence last August. Her case was proved in her absence at Nottingham Magistrates' Court. As well as the fine, a £15 victim surcharge a and costs of £60 were imposed.
JUNE Morgan, 57, of Blue Bell Hill Road, St Ann's, has been fined £55 for using a television without a licence last October. She pleaded guilty by post at Nottingham Magistrates' Court. She was also ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and costs of £60.
