Notts County fans urged to attend forum about takeover
Armstrong-Holmes and director Roy Parker will take to the stage at Meadow Lane to answer questions.
They have chosen to host the event to clear up queries or doubts supporters might have regarding the proposed takeover by Middle East consortium Munto Finance.
The club hope it will be given the thumbs-up but Armstrong-Holmes said it is an important forum for all fans, not just Trust members.
He said: "This is not just the Trust, this is an open fans' forum for all supporters because people forget that all the fans have an involvement, they are stakeholders in it. We want to be as transparent as we can be and we would love to see lots of supporters at this forum.
"People can come down and we will answer all the questions we are capable, and allowed, to answer.
"Supporters can ask anything but obviously there are certain confidentiality issues. For example, we are not going to be able to say how much is involved.
"The decision on whether the proposal will be accepted will rest with members of the Supporters Trust.
"But the takeover issue clearly affects all supporters and we believe it is only right that they should have the chance to raise questions and here what we have got to say.
"This is an historic opportunity for Notts County and a chance to put this football club on the most solid foundation it has ever had in its history."
Ballot papers have been sent out to all Supporters Trust members who have until noon on Monday to vote. And Armstrong-Holmes added: "This is an exciting time for the club. It is just fantastic for Notts County."
