Forest v Cardiff match preview
Joel Lynch is expected to replace him at left-back while James Perch is also set to return from injury and could take Luke Chambers' place at right back. Rob Earnshaw could come into contention against his former club after a month out with hamstring trouble but may only make the bench. Cardiff are expected to make just one change from the side that drew with Watford in midweek with Joe Ledley returning on the left wing after two games out
Key clash – Jay Bothroyd v Kevin Wilson: Bothroyd grabbed both goals in the midweek 2-2 draw and will be full of confidence while Forest have looked nervous at times in defence this season. Wilson will have to be on his game to stop him
Chesterfield manager – Dave Jones: The former Southampton boss has been in charge since May, 2005, and last season led the club to the FA Cup Final.
Danger man – Ross McCormack: Forest were interested in signing the Scottish striker from Motherwell in the summer but Cardiff eventually got the 22-year-old's signature.
And he has been a star turn for the Bluebirds, scoring nine goals in 12 starts and also providing great link-up play. A real threat when taking set pieces.
