Monday, December 01, 2008, 13:47

A TEEN from Clifton has scooped Children's Bafta glory.

Eliot-Otis Brown Walters won in the Breakthrough Talent category at the Children's British Academy of Film and Television Arts awards.

At 15, he already has an extensive CV, including appearances on The Bill, Doctors and, more recently, CBBC drama Summerhill.

The teenager started acting when he was eight and was a member of Carlton Junior Television Workshop – where film star Samantha Morton trained.

Eliot-Otis, of Fingal Close, said: "I'm not fussed about being famous. I have always wanted to be an actor."

The awards were presented by Keith Chegwin in London on Sunday.
