WELSH popera diva Katherine Jenkins has confirmed her debut at the Trent FM Arena for next year.

The date is March 7 2010.

Jenkins, who has been working on a new album in Los Angeles with producer David Foster (Celine Dion, Whitney Houston, Barbra Streisand), will be supported by string quartet Escala, runners up in last year's Britain's Got Talent.

She last appeared in Nottingham in December at the Royal Concert Hall.

Tickets go on sale on Friday July 3 at 9.30am, priced from £25-£55.
