“My 81 year old mother who lives in St. Ann's, and is already ill through thier negligence over being left in a damp paper peeling flat. has had a boiler break down and Spirita the so called sheltered housing group have left her a single elctric heater and no hot water in the two coldest nights of the year year so far. I have e-mailed spirita and I am now so fed up with thier excuses and passing the buck from one person to another. Care in the community -stick it where the sun does not shine.”
