Four in court over death of Ilkeston man Mick Moss
FOUR people charged over the death of an Ilkeston man will next appear in court on May 10.
Jamie Elliott, 26, of North Street, Alfreton, and a 23-year-old man have been charged with murdering father-of-six Mick Moss.

And Alan Chapman, 26, of Burdett Lodge, Bath Street, Derby, and his mother, Colette Booth, 46, of Mill Street, Ilkeston, have been charged with conspiracy to commit GBH.
All four appeared at Nottingham Crown Court on Friday. Their case will next be listed on May 10 for a plea and case management hearing.

Mr Moss, 48, was found injured at his house in Canal Street at 9pm on Wednesday, January 30.
A post-mortem examination revealed he died from injuries suffered during an assault.
Following his death, his family paid tribute through him in a statement released through police.
It read: "Michael was a loving father and son, who loved all his children and grandchildren.
"would also like to thank the wider Ilkeston and Cotmanhay community for their support."
