Four charged over death of Ilkeston dad are remanded in custody
FOUR people charged over the death of an Ilkeston man will next appear in court in May.
Jamie Elliott, 26, of North Street, Alfreton, and a 23-year-old man have been charged with murdering father-of-six Mick Moss.

Alan Chapman, 26, of Burdett Lodge, Bath Street, Derby, and his mother, Colette Booth, 46, of Mill Street, Ilkeston, have been charged with conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm.All four appeared at Nottingham Crown Court on Friday and were remanded in custody. They will return to court on May 10 for a plea and case management hearing.
Mr Moss, 48, was found injured at his house in Canal Street on January 30.

Following his death, his family paid tribute in a police statement. It read: "Michael was a loving father and son, who loved all his children and grandchildren. We would also like to thank the wider Ilkeston and Cotmanhay community for their support."
