FINNISH rockers HIM will be coming to Nottingham's Rock City next year as part of a six-date UK tour.

It will follow the release of a new album, Screamworks:Love in Theory & Practice, which is due out February 8.

The album is produced by Matt Squire (Panic At The Disco, Taking Back Sunday).

HIM, fronted by Ville Valo, have hit the Top 20 album charts on both sides of the Atlantic. The band have also enjoyed two UK Top 10 hits in the shape of Solitary Man and Wings of a Butterfly, as well as a further four Top 30 hits.

They were in the region in June for Download 2009.

Tickets for the Rock City show on March 20 go on sale at 9am on Friday priced at £20 (subject to a booking fee).
