Fire on boat at Gunthorpe Marina
FIRE fighters were called to put out a small fire on a boat docked in Gunthorpe Marina this morning.
Two fire engines, one from Arnold fire station and one from Carlton fire station, were called around 9.15am to the Trent side of the Marina.

A hazardous materials officer was also in attendance, as well as a specialist rescue unit.
The small fire was located in the log burner on the boat. Oxygen was admisntered to a woman who had been on board the boat when the fire broke out and had inhaled smoke.
