“Rodney Walker?? My God, now they really are reaching out for miracles.
It's no coincidence that the popularity of snooker has fallen massively in recent years (it used to be a national obsession when I was a nipper, or thats how it seemed). Walker has single handledly undone all that during his tenure in charge of the sport, he's basically just left it to go to seed.
I still think the British GP will go ahead......but not at Donno, not now.”

“Mel, there is a Walker who knows rather a lot about motorsport; the great commentator.
But I doubt even he could fix this shambles!”
