National Ice Centre

Welcome to the National Ice Centre Nottingham!

Based in Nottingham, we have been described as the UK’s first centre of excellence in ice sports. Under our roof we have some excellent top-class facilities with some fantastic coaching staff.

Our friendly and professional coaching staff specialise in a whole range of ice sports including free skating, ice dance, synchronized skating, ice hockey and short track speed skating. In fact, we have become home to the Great Britain Short Track Speed Skating squad. Our coaches also visit some of the city schools to teach the children in-line blading.

As well as a great team of coaches we have several elite ice skaters training at the centre who run a successful skating academy.

The Ice Centre has a great atmosphere, particularly when there is a home game with the Nottingham Panthers who train here.
