Young boy rescued from Bilborough house fire
A YOUNG boy was rescued from a house fire in Bilborough yesterday evening.
Notts Fire and Rescue Service were called to the house in Stotfield Road at about 5.45pm.

Three fire crews attended the incident in Stotfield Road.
Two crews from Stockhill Fire Station were sent to the incident, followed by a third from Highfields Fire Station when an update said the boy was inside the house.
Four firefighters using breathing equipment rescued the boy and the fire was put out with two hose reels.

The boy was taken to hospital but is not thought to have been seriously hurt.
Fire crews were also called to a house in Hucknall last night after a fire in a garage spread to a house in Watnall Road.
Crews from Hucknall and Arnold fire stations attended at about 6.45pm and the fire was put out by four firefighters in breathing equipment.
The incident was declared over at 8.36pm.
