“just a shame that the blame seems to be with the trams again..
a large hunk of metal that a blind man could see coming,
and not the easiest of things to stop in a hurry either..
but having worked in hyson green for a couple of years i find the residents there need to be educated and a lot of them need to take a re-test or at least be checked that they have a driving licence.
i too have seen some of the joke driving around hyson green, radford and other surrounding areas and must honestly say, who gives out driving licences to these people that drive around there..
if you can't see a tram coming, you can't read road signs and you get tangled up with a tram or bus then you shouldn't be on the road, let alone in a car, but also some people are oblivious whilst walking also..
but again, lets blame the trams, i mean sheffield has a crash and someone killed everyday
and they've had trams a lot longer than we have.. (above comment a sarcastic joke)
people need educating, and more policing to control the bad and unlicenced on the roads.”

“As a regular passenger, I have witnessed people pulling out in front of trams at the Asda entrances on numerous occasions.
Every single time, it was the driver at fault. There is a clear stop line which many just ignore. In this case, the trams are generally blameless and it just comes down to poor driving!”

“Doesn't surprise me. That road has become a right accident spot since the trams we put there. Everyone out for their own. Pushing in and pulling in front of everyone else because it's impossible to just sit and wait! Nightmare! BAN THE TRAM!”
