Three Wolves fans arrested at Nottingham Forest match

THREE fans were arrested following disturbances at Nottingham Forest's match with Wolves at the City Ground on Saturday.

The three arrested were all Wolves fans. One was arrested after a flare was set off inside the ground.

The other two arrests were related to public order offences.

Around 200 Wolves fans gathered in a pub in Old Market Square centre prior to the game.

A smoke bomb was set off as police escorted the group to the match but no arrests were made at the time.

    “Some fans these days,give good supporters a bad name and set a bad example for young supporters.Why would you take a smoke bomb and flare to the match? I really hope you lot behave better next season when your attending games in league one.”
