Weather warnings issued as ice, snow and heavy rain forecast for Nottingham
Three weather warnings have been issued for Nottingham as ice, snow and heavy rain look set to move in.
Yellow ice warnings will be in place on Wednesday evening and will remain until midday on Thursday with temperatures continuing the cold theme, falling as low as -5C.

Flurries of Snow are predicted to return throughout Friday and temperatures are not expected to climb above freezing, there will be lows of -2.
Saturday will be dry but the Met Office has issued warnings for heavy rain and wind on Sunday.

The cold weather is due to relent by Sunday as temperatures look set to rise as high as 7C.
This combined with heavy rain could be enough to make the snow thaw.
A Met Office spokesperson said: "People should take precautions for ice on the roads, particularly on untreated areas.
"Snow fall could cause disruptions on Friday so people should stay in tune with there local authorities."
