A BURGLAR threatened a householder with a crowbar after breaking into his home.

Police were called to a house in Station Road, Long Eaton, after the incident at about 5.25pm on Wednesday, November 21.

The occupant was in at the time and confronted the burglar. He was then threatened with a crowbar.

A Rolex Oyster Perpetual watch was stolen during the break-in.

The watch is silver and gold with a blue face.

Police would like to speak to anyone who witnessed anything suspicious in the hours leading up to the burglary.

The intruder is described as black, in his early 20s, 5ft 5in tall and of stocky build.

He was wearing a black wax jacket.
