NO major delays were reported on Nottingham roads this morning.

Congestion was however building from 7.15am in the usual spots, including the A52 near QMC, the A610 Nuthall Road, the junction of Valley Road and Hucknall Road, and Vernon Road in Old Basford.

Weather-wise some parts of north Notts, including Worksop, are forecast sleet showers today, but in Nottingham the weather is expected to be cloudy, with some sunny spells later.
