Things to do in Nottingham and Notts this weekend
There's a huge variety of goings on in Nottingham and Notts this weekend, so no excuses for a boring weekend.
Fans of county fare should head down to the Newark Vintage Tractor and Heritage Show.
As well as some impressive displays of farming machinery, visitors will be treated to stalls from around 900 exhibitors, and delicious food and drink.
The native and rare breeds exhibition also returns this year, including horses, ponies, sheep, cattle and pigs.
The show is at Newark Showground this Saturday and Sunday, November 10 and 11.
More Notts heritage will be on display at Nottingham Castle as part of the Lace:Here:Now season of events to hit the city.
The Castle's art gallery will showcase the work of six contemporary artists whose work is inspired by lace and runs from this Saturday, November 10, until February 3 2013.

The play follows the story of friends George and Lenny - two outsiders in search of the American Dream.
