Teen banned from every street in Forest Fields
A TEENAGER has been banned from every street in Forest Fields except the one where he lives.
Umar Siddique , 16, has been given a two-year ASBO after causing trouble for residents, local businesses, school staff, and students over an 18 month period.

He appeared before Nottingham magistrates on Thursday April 2 and was given the order after the court heard how he had committed acts of criminal damage, verbally abused people, threatened to throw fireworks through people's windows, stolen from shops and smoked cannabis in public.
Residents and local business managers who had been affected by his anti-social behaviour gave evidence in court.
Siddique had breached a previous Anti Social Behaviour Order, put in place on February 4 , on multiple occasions.
The new ASBO restricts him from being in the majority of the Forest Fields area and bans him from causing alarm, harassment or distress to residents' citywide.
It allows him to walk to the end of his road to catch a bus in to town but prevents him from loitering in any other streets in Forest Fields.
He has also been banned from being within 10 metres of or associating with six other named teens, all of whom formed part of the group he was with when anti social behaviour took place.
Sgt Murphy, of the City West Community Protection Directorate Team, said: "This order is the result of positive action taken by the Community Protection Directorate, a multi agency team consisting of police officers and council ASB officers working in partnership with one another.
"It demonstrates our commitment to the local community and that we will not tolerate anti social behaviour preventing people living a good quality of life.
"We urge local residents to contact us if they see Siddique in breach of this order so the conditions can be enforced, and he can be placed before the courts. The community's help has been paramount in achieving this order, however continued support is essential to its success."
The ASBO will remain in place until April 2010.

“Hmm this is a very good news hear that this person as got any asbo but it abit silly yes he has done wrong but i dont understand.
I grew up with this lad iv know him now for about 7 yr and i admit he got a foul mouth and has caused crimenal damage but he is a nice lad. the boy just need guiding that all”

“This young man was 1 of the 16 people 'accused' of such behaviour. BADGE OF HONOUR ORDERS I SAY!!!!! 'BOHO's'! They even have a dedicated enforcement team who have nothing better to do than sit around in specific neighbourhoods..surveillancing every move of many teenagers...waiting for them to exercise their right to 'liberty and life'...! As if our taxes arent already wasted on managing crimes and 'antisocial' behaviour of many ....drunk and disorderly...self harm inflicting fools! An ASBO may be ordered in response to "conduct which caused or was likely to cause harm, harassment, alarm or distress, to one or more persons not of the same household as him or herself and where an ASBO is seen as necessary to protect relevant persons from further anti-social acts by the Defendant" - SIMPLE TEST IN ORDER TO RESTRICT ONES LIBERTY! OH and did you hear about the pensioner who was given an ASBO for feeding pigeons???????Futile use of power and authority! A civil matter/order with criminal repecussions! Undermines our Criminal justice system!
This youth has not commited any 'crime'. This order is a 'civil order' which is used asassinate young peoples character. This story is 'politically motivated'...all you 'un-intelligent' people (im trying to be keep it respectful) are victime of the media.
