MANSFIELD Town boss David Holdsworth made six changes to his side as he looked for them to bounce back from their Gateshead debacle against Stevenage tonight.

The whole midfield was changed, with Kyle Nix returning from a long-term ankle problem and Gary Mills was also recalled.

Kyle Perry and Jon Shaw also came in, as did Jon Challinor and new signing Andy Nicholas, who joined this morning on loan from Rotherham.

Stevenage, who are joint top with Oxford, had former Stag Chris Beardsley leading the line.

Stevenage: Day, Laird, Ashton, Long, Odubade, Byrom, Roberts, Sills, Beardsley, Cole, Bostwick. Subs: Bayes, Albrighton, Boylan, Bridges, Drury.

Stags: Marriott, Silk, Nicholas, Foster, Jones, Shaw, Mills, Challinor, Nix, Perry, Duffy. Subs: Collett, Sturrock, Brough, Briscoe, Williams
