Taxi driver arrested after 'serious sexual assault'

A TAXI driver has been arrested by police investigating a report of a serious sexual assault in Notts last night.

Officers said the alleged attack on the 26-year-old had happended in Radcliffe on Trent last night.

At 9.10pm, a taxi driver, in his 30s, was arrested in Colwick in connection with the investigation.

A police spokeswoman said: "He is currently helping police with their inquiries.
