PARENTS in Ilkeston and Long Eaton have until March 31 to take up the offer of swine flu vaccination for their children.

Derbyshire County Primary Care Trust has extended its vaccination programme to protect children over six months and under five years old.

Children under five are said to be more likely than other groups to be hospitalised if they become ill with swine flu.
