Stand-off with man at centre
POLICE were last night in a stand-off with a man who had climbed on to the roof of a Bulwell community centre.
The man, believed to be in his late teens or early 20s, is thought to have climbed on to the roof of the Red Lion Community Centre at around 3pm yesterday. He was still there at 9.30pm.
Residents in the area said they had heard he was threatening to jump off.
