CERI Dupree, who starred alongside Joe Pasquale in the Theatre Royal pantomime, Sleeping Beauty, will be presenting The Ladies Who Love at the Nottingham Arts Theatre next month.

Billed as a "celebration of the world's most fabulous females", the show mixes music, comedy and glamour, including his impersonations of Cher, Lady Gaga, Shirley Bassey, Julie Andrews, Jordan, Camilla, Dolly Parton and others.

Dupree, who played Queen Passionella in the panto, pictured, has worked all over the UK in cabaret, corporate events, summer shows, musicals and pantomimes. Internationally he has performed across Europe, Barbados and South Africa.

The show runs from February 21 to 25 at 7.30pm, with a matinee on the Saturday at 3pm. For tickets call 0115 947 6096, www.nottingham-theatre.co.uk.

NOTTINGHAM Youth Theatre present Buttons – A Cinderella Story at Nottingham Arts Theatre for two more performances today at 2pm and 7.30pm.

The young members of the city's oldest youth drama group gave up their half-term break to rehearse the play, which features a number of fairytale favourites.

MODS vs Rockers at the Palace Theatre in Newark tonight is a tribute to the artists who reigned over the music world between 1964 and 1970, including The Who, The Doors, Rolling Stones, Beatles, Syd Barrett, The Kinks, David Bowie and many more.

The five performers have worked with everyone from Ringo Starr and Peter Gabriel to Queen and Art Garfunkel and Time Out called them "the best 60s tribute in the world."

CHAPTERHOUSE Theatre Company presents Sense and Sensibility at the Palace Theatre in Mansfield on Sunday, March 18. This is a new adaptation of Jane Austen's lively tale of sisters Elinor and Marianne Dashwood, who fall in love, make mistakes and experience heartbreak for the first time. In the middle of all the love and heartbreak is local lad, Ross Ellis who plays Edward Ferrars, the elder of Fanny Dashwood's two brothers, who forms an attachment to Elinor.

The play is scripted by Laura Turner, whose recent work includes the BBC's EastEnders: E20.
