Team news: Mansfield are set to be without John Thompson (shin) and Exodus Geohaghon (ankle) after they were injured in Saturday's defeat at Cambridge. Gary Roberts (ankle), Jamie Hand (knee) and Alan Marriott (shoulder) are all missing and Nick Wright did not train all last week. Liam Mitchell, on loan from Notts County, will be pushing Shane Redmond for a start in goal while Ben Hutchinson could come into the manager's plans after recovering from an Achilles problem. John Dempster is available after his loan at Tamworth ended.

Familiar face: Colin Larkin. The striker joined Lincoln from League One Hartlepool in the summer and has netted twice in five starts. He had three seasons at Mansfield between 2002 and 2005 and was part of the side that reached the Division Three play-off final, only to lose to Huddersfield on penalties in 2004.
