ALL but one of Nottinghamshire's schools will remain open today despite the weekend's snow.

Only Fernwood Comprehensive School in Wollaton is closed today to staff and pupils, due to flooding at the main site.

In Newark the London Road site of Orchard School will be closed today -- with staff and students directed instead to the Town site.

Anyone travelling by bus can check for service alterations on Nottingham City Transport's Twitter feed and Trent Barton's Twitter feed.

NCT is currently reporting the following service alterations:

•Navy Line 2 is running between the City Centre and Clifton Holy Trinity only (not serving Summerwood Lane or Pastures Avenue)

•Navy Line 4 will not operate into Clifton Campus and will terminate on Clifton Lane

•Green Line 10 is running along Loughborough Road and Kirk Lane in Ruddington (not serving Ashworth Avenue or Packman Drive areas)

•Blue Line 39 is now serving Carlton Valley. Buses will operate from the City as normal through to Valley Road (where The Carlton pub used to be) then return along Ernest Road, Prospect Road and Morley Road to Porchester Road.

•Yellow Line 71 is not serving Gladehill Road and is using Chippenham Road, Queen’s Bower Road

•Local Link L3 is not serving Bramhall Road, Melbury Road, Cranwell Road areas. Buses are operating along Bracebridge Drive, Wigman Road, Strelley Road, Moor Road, Flamsteed Road, Helston Drive in both directions.

•Local Link L4 is running along Radford Boulevard (not serving Churchfield Lane). In the Ainsley Estate, buses are not serving Northdown Road loop. Dulverton Vale is not being served either.

•Local Link L9 will not be serving Winchester Court.

•Local Link L14 is running direct along Heathfield Road (not serving Ventnor Rise, Fenton Road, Petworth Road area)
