Silver surfers from Nottingham appeared alongside Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby on This Morning earlier today as part of a campaign to boost volunteering.
The show's You Can Be Heroes volunteering campaign, backed by HRH the Prince of Wales, aims to build on the interest in volunteering inspired by the 2012 Olympics.

As part of the campaign Olive Smith, 81, from Bakersfield, Margaret Lovett, 74, from Arnold, and Marjorie Green, 79, from Mapperley, told This Morning about their involvement with ClickSilver - a volunteering project run by Business in the Community which helps older people gain valuable digital skills.
The three women also showcased their new found skills live in the studio by answering tweets, emails and Facebook messages from viewers.
