TK Maxx in the Broadmarsh Centre will be closing on April 10.

The retailer will still have a city centre presence in the form of their store in Trinity Square.

As yet it's not known what will replace the shop, which is the centre's largest unit.

The future of the unit is tied in with the redevelopment of the Broadmarsh Centre, which is yet to be finalised by owners Westfield.

THE Exchange Arcade is welcoming a new flagship store.

The Austin Reed group, namely Viyella and Country Casuals, will be moving into the unit where The Sofa Workshop used to be. The store covers four units in the centre and opens on April 23. Austin Reed's arrival comes after London shirt maker Hawes & Curtis opened in the arcade towards the end of last year.

NEW designs by Henry Holland have come to Debenhams' Nottingham store.

H! by Henry Holland is a colourful new collection designed and sold exclusively for Debenhams by the renowned designer, whose clothes have already got the London fashion scene buzzing.

Henry is a familiar face in the fashion scene with Agyness Deyn, Sienna Miller and Lindsay Lohan wearing the designs.

The H! collection has bright floral prints, polka-dots and stripes, with prices starting from just £6.

Ivor Davies, store manager from Debenhams in Nottingham, says: "It's an exciting range that is sure to attract the attention of our younger shoppers who want to recreate their own version of the cool London look that Henry Holland has helped to inspire."

THE East Midlands Designer Outlet, located just off J28, is launching a new personal shopper service this month.

Stylist Andie Carroll will be on hand to guide customers around the outlet's 70 designer and high street stores and help them get the most out of their shopping trips. The service is free of charge and there is no minimum spend required.

Andie says: "I'm really excited about my new role as personal stylist and can't wait to get started on helping our customers to stay fashion savvy!

"I'll be working with shoppers to guide them round the fantastic range of brands we offer at the outlet and then help them create an individual look that complements both their body type and personal taste."
