Gary Ricketts
Ricketts has a proven track record at Blue Square North level. But Wilson says the other front men on Ilkeston's books will be determined to hang onto their first-team places.
"Jon Douglas and Omari Morgan-Smith will be keen to be in the side, despite the arrival of Gary," he said.
"They are good young players and Gary has to know he will be in for a battle, which I'm sure he does. Everyone starts on a level playing field
"But even though he is 33, he is still hungry and when he plays, every centre half in the division will know they've been in a game against him."
NSL side Bilborough Pelican have appointed Mark Gadsby as first-team manager. He will be assisted by club chairman Glenn Russell.
