Rescue from fire in Waterlooo Road, Beeston
A WOMAN was rescued from a house fire in Beeston today, Sunday. The blaze broke out at around 5pm at a house in Waterloo Road.
Fire crews from Stapleford and Highfields attended the scene, and spent around an hour extinguishing the blaze.
The three-story house which caught fire was used as flats. Notts Police attended the scene, but did not make any arrests.

“Nottingham evening post probably wrong again, woman rescued from a house fire.
The three storey house was being used as flats.
I am sure the fire was in a flat of which is there are three floors, the same as when they were built and nor a house.”
