Rape charges for former officer
A FORMER community protection officer has appeared in court accused of offences including three rapes.
Richard Mundle, 32, of Raymede Drive, Bestwood Estate, is also accused of two sexual assaults and misuse of computer systems.
When he appeared before Derby Magistrates' Court yesterday, Mundle did not enter a plea.
He was granted unconditional bail on condition he appears at Derby Crown Court on September 1.
The offences are alleged to have taken place between May and November 2010.
