The flooding has also led to road closures in the area.

The A617 in Kelham is closed between Blacksmith Lane and the A616, and the B683 in Bestwood Village is also shut.

The National Watersports Centre at Holme Pierrepont is closed until further notice due to severe flooding.

Notts County Council, which runs the centre and the surrounding country park, is advising people to stay away.
