West Bridgford Christmas Lights have X Factor
X-FACTOR finalists Journey South will be performing live in Central Avenue in West Bridgford when the Christmas lights are turned on at the weekend.
The Geordie sining duo, who appeared on the hit TV show in 2005, will be performing on Saturday at 4pm.
There will also be carol singing, fairground rides, street theatre and more than 60 market stalls.
A Santa's grotto will be open in Gordon Square from noon to 4pm.

“Bitterley dissappointed but finishing second in the CC and in the Pro 40 is perhaps better than we could have hoped for. With a few new faces in the off season we will be back challenging again. We are not too far off.
As for those two clowns in sunglasses sat in the New Stand in the afternoon (you know who you are) why bother turning up if you think it's funny and big to shout abuse at Swanny. You obviously are not very bright or know much about cricket so keep away in future you pair of low lifes.
