PUPILS at Newstead Primary School have helped florists design Christmas cards.

The youngsters teamed up with online florist Bunches.co.uk to create a card to be sent to more than 19,000 customers across the UK.

The firm has been asking pupils to draw a floral theme design for five years.

This year the pupils created a collage from flower petals.

Bunches managing director Danielle Turner said: "The children of Newstead Primary never fail to surprise us with their artistic flair and enthusiasm."
