Not at Notts: Vuvuzelas are banned from Meadow Lane
The vuvuzelas were used by thousands of fans during the World Cup in South Africa.
Notts County chief executive Jim Rodwell said of the decision: "This was something that came up at the recent Q&A session in the Meadow Lane Sports Bar and I made my feelings on the matter quite clear at the time.
"For me personally, the vuvuzela detracted greatly from the coverage of the World Cup over the summer and I was delighted that the board agreed unanimously to ban them from the ground.
"There were health and safety issues that you could hide behind to justify the decision, but to be honest this was a simple matter of not wanting that noise in Meadow Lane."
The club has warned that any fans trying to bring a vuvuzela to Meadow Lane faces having the instrument confiscated from them or being denied access to the ground.

“And "Old Git, The Kop" since you are obviously one of those sad pathetic rednecks, why not have the balls to admit it instead of hiding behind a pseudonym?
(That means "false name" by the way)”

“Paul, have you seen what they say on our Forest stories. They are able to dish the banter out they should be able to take some back!
They bring it on themselves.”
