NOTTS Army Cadet Force (ACF) has carried out a range of activities to support troops abroad.

The cadets raised more than £3,500 for charity Help for Heroes by selling merchandise, packing bags and collecting donations in supermarkets in Carlton and Netherfield.

They also launched a shoe box appeal in Bulwell, collecting more than 200 filled gift boxes for the troops abroad.
