Three Nottingham men charged after cocaine seizure at airport
THREE people from Nottingham have been charged with importing cocaine into the UK after half a kilo, believed to be worth up to £500,000, was recovered at an airport.
Terrence Carrigan Morley, 39, Mariamoh Ajisafe, 36, both of Kentwood Road, Sneinton, and Hakeem Balogun, 29, of Russell Road, Forest Fields, were charged on Thurday after a package from South America was seized at Coventry International Hub on July 13.
The trio appeared before Nottingham magistrates on Friday and were remanded until their crown court committal hearing on Friday, September 3.
