He is described as 5ft 6ins to 5ft 7ins with short brown cropped hair.
Police said he and the other two men are likely to have headed to areas they are familiar with.
The other men are Edward Braime, 39, originally of Devon, and Frederick Gray, 31, of the Lincoln area.
Lincolnshire Police warned people they should not be approached, particularly Braime who has convictions for sex offences.
A spokesman said: "They could be together or may well have split up.
"They have had several hours so could be out of the area and may be travelling towards areas they are familiar with. They should not be approached.
"If anyone sees them they should call 999.
"All are likely to be wearing prison clothes."
